  1. VLI Application - Step 1 of 2

    The VLI application process is done in two steps:

    • Step 1 - Application Information ... You will first be asked on this page to fill in information about yourself.
    • Step 2 - Payment ... Clicking on the Pay Application Fee button, you will be taken to our secure Make a Payment page where you will provide your credit card information to pay for the VLI Application.

    NOTE: You must complete the payment processing to apply to VLI!

    Application Fee:
    A $50.00 non-refundable fee is due with the application. You will be directed to our secure Make a Payment page after you have submitted the application where you will pay the fee.

    *Note that if you apply after the application deadline the application fee will be $75

    Reference Form:

    When you have successfully submitted your application, an email will be sent directly to the reference person you listed on your application. The email will request that they complete the reference form online via the provided link.

    You are expected to contact your reference directly to ensure the following:

    • They have received the email.
    • They complete the reference form within 7 days.

    Upon submitting your application, you should receive an email from VLI confirming that your application has been successfully submitted. If you do not receive an email immediately, please call VLI at 614.259.5340, or email us at info@vli.org to confirm that we have received your application.

    Please note: Applications require 2 weeks for processing once all components have been received by VLI. Your application, reference form and $50 application fee are required before your application will be processed.
