Non-Columbus Students

• $50 due with application. This is a nonrefundable application fee. Applications will not be processed without this.
• Tuition - $483 per quarter. Your initial quarter is due in full by the first day of class. Billing will be done quarterly, and will be billed by the 15th of the month prior to the first day of the next quarter. All quarterly tuition is due by the first day of class.
• Shipping and Handling - currently this is $36 per quarter. Like the tuition, your payment of this is due in full by the first day of class each quarter.
• Other Fees - Typically students buy the books required for each class on their own from a bookstore or the web (usually running around $30-50/quarter). However, from time to time students may be charged for additional texts, readers, or personality tests that cannot be purchased on their own. These historically have been no more than $20/quarter.
• Total quarterly payment - $519
• Re-enrollment Fee - If a student withdraws from VLI and chooses to come back, there will be a $25 fee due with the Letter of Intent.

Columbus Students

Discounts

• If two or more students are related, living in the same household, and attend VLI in the same quarter, one student will pay 100% of the tuition costs as stated above and each additional student will pay 50% of tuition costs. This discount does not apply to shipping, or other fees the student may be charged.

Refunds

1. Students who withdraw prior to the beginning of any quarter will receive back all tuition and shipping (if applicable) paid for that quarter minus a $50 administrative fee. Any other fees that have been paid for will be refunded so long as the students have not received the materials associated with those charges. If students have received other material, they can return it for a full refund.
   
   
2. Students who withdraw between the 1st and 21st day of any quarter will receive back prorated tuition paid for that quarter and prorated shipping (if applicable) minus a $50 administrative fee. Other materials are non-refundable if the student attended a class for which they were required. They will also receive any monies put toward next quarter's tuition, shipping (if applicable), and other fees.
   
   
3. Students who withdraw after the 21st day of any quarter will not receive any refund on that quarter's tuition and applicable shipping. They will also not receive a refund for fees associated with other required materials for classes that they have attended.
