Living Hope Vineyard in Lansing Michigan is looking for a lead Pastor to take over in January 2012. Currently, they run just over a hundred members and have a heart for growth. Requirements/Experience:
- Has a Developed Preaching/Teaching Style
- Has Provided Pastoral Care and Spiritual Counseling
- Has Developed and Implemented Discipleship Systems
- Successful Track Record of Team Building
- Has Built Relationships with People from Diverse Ethnic/Social/Religious Backgrounds
- Has Brought Non-Christians to Faith and Has Led Community Outreach Efforts
- Able to Recruit, Train, Mobilize, and Keep Volunteers Motivated
- A VLI or VBI Graduate or Seminary Graduate
- Able to Effectively Integrate Media Into Sunday Celebrations
- A Good Sense of Humor and Socially Engaging

- Takes Initiative as a Proactive not a Reactive Leader
- A Diplomatic and Sensitive Leader
- Able to Motivate and Mobilize People into Ministry
